Warranty Repairs

For watches sent in under warranty*, Citizen commits to repair within 45 days of receipting. If this is not possible, we will replace the watch or provide a substitute to the same value.

Non-Warranty Repairs

For watches sent in outside of the warranty period*, Citizen will provide a written quotation for the repair job. Upon acceptance of the quotation, if the watch cannot be repaired within 45 days, Citizen will replace the watch or provide a substitute to the same value**.

In the unlikely event that the watch is unrepairable, Citizen will authorise the retailer to negotiate with the customer in order to retain the loyalty of Citizen Consumers.

*Applies to watches sent to Sydney office for Australian retailers, and Auckland office for New Zealand retailers
