DELIVERY & SHIPPING
All orders are sent via courier to the delivery address entered in the order. Products ordered via this website can only be delivered within Australia and New Zealand.
Please note, our carriers are unable to deliver the products to a post office box. Any orders containing a PO Box entered as the delivery or ship-to address will be rejected and the goods will not be shipped.
For your protection, at our discretion we will exclude delivery to any addresses considered not secure.
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. In the event of a Force Majeure Event, shipping will occur as soon as reasonably possible.
A “Force Majeure Event” means any event that is beyond our reasonable control, including forces of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, cyclone, elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, sabotage, riots, civil disorders or rebellions or revolutions in Australia, industrial action and action or inaction by a Government Agency.
Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your item tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 3 hours for your tracking details to register with the chosen courier.

1. Your product will be dispatched to the address used at checkout and will not be shipped to a PO Box;
2. The Company is not responsible for products sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
3. The Company is not responsible for products you forget to collect in time from a courier company or their agent; and
4. Any product returned to the Company will incur an additional fee unless the product is faulty or the incorrect product was shipped.
