For Citizen watches purchased after June 1, 2015.

Citizen's warranty program is designed to provide real value to our customers and a strong competitive advantage to our retailers. All our brands are supported by an unparalleled warranty program and excellent after-sales service.

If you register your timepiece with us, you can rest assured that your warranty is recorded.

For watches purchased after June 1, 2015 from authorised Citizen retailers in Australia, New Zealand, the Republic of South Africa and the South Pacific Islands, only.

For watches sent in outside of the warranty period, Citizen will provide a written estimate for the repair job. Upon acceptance of the estimate, if the watch cannot be repaired within 45 days, Citizen will replace the watch with a substitute to the same value.*

How to find your Calibre Number

Your Calibre Number can be found on the back of your watch. This is a 4 digit number which appears before the case number.
